Crossed Leg Diagonal Stretch
CROSSED LEG DIAGONAL STRETCH
This is a stretching exercise for the muscles of the posterior chain, fascial spiral line and pelvis. Start by sitting crossed legged. Begin to lean forwards leading with your hands. Crawl your hands forwards and to the side to deepen the stretch. Hold this position for 20-30 seconds while focusing on relaxing breaths. Return to starting position by walking your hands back towards your body.
