DOORWAY RHOMBOID STRETCH
The doorway rhomboid stretch requires a doorframe or squat rack for this assisted flexibility exercise. Start by gripping onto the doorframe / squat rack with one hand. Keep your feet close to the doorframe as well. Begin to lean back leading with the mid back to initiate a stretch in your back. Then reach across with the other hand to increase the stretch experienced in the rhomboids.
