Dumbbell Skull Crushers

DUMBBELL SKULL CRUSHERS

This is a strengthening exercise for the elbow extensors. Start by lying down on your back with dumbbells in both hands. Raise the arm so that the elbow is stacked directly above the shoulder. Keep the elbows in place as you bend it to lower the weight next to your head. From the bottom position extend the elbow and repeat as required.
