Eccentric Banded March

ECCENTRIC BANDED MARCH

This is an eccentric strengthening exercise used to strengthen the hip flexors. Keep a neutral spine to dissociate hip flexion from lumbar flexion. Use a mini band or an exercise band tied into a loop to add resistance to this exercise.
