Forward Hip Thrust

FORWARD HIP THRUST

This is a hip extension strengthening exercise for beginners. Wrap a strength band around your hips and tie it down behind you. Starting from a low kneel position, raise your hips up and forward by squeezing through the buttock muscles.

  • Gluteus Maximus

  • Proximal Hamstrings
