Glute Pretzel Stretch

GLUTE PRETZEL STRETCH

This is stretch for your glutes and piriformis muscles. Lie down on your back and bend one leg so that the ankle rests on your other thigh. Bend your knee and pull it towards your chest and hold it for 3-5 breaths. Alternate sides as needed.
