Hamstring Curl

DUMBBEL HAMSTRING CURL

This is an open chain hamstring strengthening exercise. To start lie down on your stomach on a stable bench and hold a dumbbell with your feet. Bend your knees to lift the weight up and straighten them to lower the weight to complete a repetition.
