HIP CIRCLES
The hip circle is a mobility exercise used to improve active range of motion. Start by going on your hands and knees and holding a neutral lumbar and thoracic spine. Proceed to raise on leg off of the ground and circumduct the thigh by moving it in a circular motion. You can complete 5-10 repetitions before switching directions. Be sure to keep the pelvis stable to isolate the movement as much as you can to the hip.
