Kettlebell March

KETTLEBELL MARCH
This exercise uses a kettlebell as resistance for the hip flexors. Put one foot into the loop of a kettlebell handle and brace the core to keep the spine in neutral. Raise the knee to 90 degrees hip flexion and hold for anywhere between 2-5 seconds. Slowly lower the leg and repeat.
