OBLIQUE OVERHEAD PRESS

This is a core stability exercise that uses the muscles of the spine for anti-lateral flexion. Start by placing the body sideways on a Roman Chair while holding a dumbbell against your chest with both hands. Maintain a neutral spine bracing the core while raising the weight overhead and in line with your torso. Hold for up to 5 seconds while breathing and slowly return to starting position to complete a repetition.
