Peroneal Active Massage

FIBULARIS ACTIVE MASSAGE

This is a self massage technique for the muscles of your outer shin. Place a massage ball on a tender spot on the muscle belly while lying down on your side. Hold the compression for up to 30 seconds and proceed to pick another tender spot. You may invert and evert the foot to get an additional active massage. Pick up to 3-4 tender points along the muscles of the outer shin.

  • Fibularis Longus / Peroneus Longus

  • Fibularis Brevis / Peroneus Brevis

  • Extensor Digitorum Longus
