PLATE LOADED TOE RAISES
This is a strengthening exercise for the ankle dorsiflexors. Start by taking a seat on a chair or bench and placing a weight plate on the top of your forefoot. Keep the heels planted and raise the toes off of the ground to lift the weight plate up. Hold this top position for 2-5 seconds.
