SEATED FOAM ROLLER THORACIC EXTENSION
The seated foam roller thoracic extension is a foam roller assisted thoracic spine flexibility exercise that aims to increase your passive extension. First set up an incline bench at an angle that is comfortable for you. Place a foam roller between your back and the bench’s back support at the level of the spinal segment you are targeting. Lay back on the foam roller and reach overhead with your arms. Aim to stretch the arms back to touch the bench. This is a regressed version of the FOAM ROLLER EXTENSION exercise.
