Sky Diver

SKY DIVER

The sky diver is a strengthening exercise for the back and shoulder extensors. Start by lying down on your stomach with your arms next to you. You may choose to hold weights in each hand if needed. Lift up your arms and legs off the ground while also extending the spine. Hold for up to 10 seconds and slowly lower your body to rest.

  • Erector Spinae

  • Quadratus Lumborum

  • Latissimus Dorsi
