Spiral Line Foot Supinations

SPIRAL LINE FOOT SUPINATIONS

This exercise takes advantage of your fascial connections to get your foot to supinate and pronate with movement. Feel a stretch at the bottom of your foot as you rotate away from your leg, and feel it shorten up when you rotate towards it. This exercise can be done without towels, however the towels allow for more range to occur through the foot if used.
