Wrist Extensor Massage

WRIST EXTENSOR MASSAGE
This is a self massage technique aimed at your common wrist extensors. Use a massage ball and compress it on a tender spot of your forearm. Support the forearm with a table or leg. Slowly move your wrist into extension and flexion to complete an active massage.
