Standing Wrist Curl

STANDING WRIST CURL

This is a strengthening exercise for the wrist flexors. Start by standing with a weight in one hand. Flex the wrist by raise the palm up towards the forearm. Hold for 2 seconds before slowly lowering the weight down.
