THUMB STRETCH

This is a stretch for the thumb extensor and abductor. Starting in a thumbs up position, close your fist around your thumb. Slowly go into ulnar deviation (by tilting your fist downwards) and hold the stretch for up to 20 seconds in a pain-free range.

  • Extensor Pollicis Brevis

  • Abductor Pollicis Longus
