Finger Opposition

FINGER OPPOSITION

This is a dexterity exercise for your fingers. Alternate contacting your thumb with each finger to create a pinch grip and hold for up to 2 seconds each.

Muscles Involved:

  • Opponens Pollicis

  • Palmaris Longus

  • Flexor Digitorum Profundus

  • Flexor Digitorum Superficialis
