Upper Trapezius Active Release

UPPER TRAPEZIUS ACTIVE RELEASE

This is a self massage technique that uses two massage balls or lacrosse balls. Place both balls on either side of your neck on the muscle belly of the upper trapezius. Keep both arms next to you and then slowly raise them up and overhead to get an active massage of the upper trapezius muscles
