Wall Ball Figure 8

WALL BALL FIGURE 8

This is a shoulder stability exercise that aims to build tolerance to overhead movements. Start by placing a Swiss ball against the wall and hold it in place with your arm. From a kneeling tripod position, compress the ball into the wall and move it in a figure 8 pattern.
