Banded Frog Bridges

BANDED FROG BRIDGE

This is a gluteus maximus strengthening exercise. This exercise is an alternative to the conventional hip thrust or glute bridge exercise, it is used to get a deeper muscle contraction by incorporating and element of external hip rotation.
