Banded Overhead Triceps Extension

BANDED OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSION

This is an at home strengthening exercise that uses a strength band / pullup assist band. Start by holding one end of the band behind your back. Hold the other end your other hand starting behind your head. Extend your top arm’s elbow to contract the triceps.
