Single Arm Cable Overhead Triceps Extension

SINGLE ARM CABLE OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSION

The single arm cable overhead triceps extension is a strengthening exercise for the triceps brachii muscle group. This can be completed using a functional trainer, cable pulley machine or with bands. Begin by placing the cable pulley down to the lowest setting and attach a single arm rope attachment to it. Grip the end of the rope with your hand and raise your arm directly overhead as your stand facing away from the pulley machine. Keep the elbow fixed by your head. Bend the elbows to lower the weight slowly behind your head and extend it upwards to raise it.
