ROPE TRICEPS PUSHDOWN
The rope triceps pushdown is a strengthening exercise for the triceps brachii muscle group. This can be completed using a functional trainer, cable pulley machine or with bands. Begin by placing the cable pulley to max height and attach a rope grip to it. Grab the ends of the rope with each hand and stand facing towards the pulley machine. Keep the elbows fixed in place beside (in line with your torso) you and bend the elbow maximally to get into starting position. Extend the elbow to raise the weight slowly and flex it to lower it.
