CABLE OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSION
The cable overhead triceps extension is a strengthening exercise for the triceps brachii muscle group. This can be completed using a functional trainer, cable pulley machine or with bands. Begin by placing the cable pulley down to the lowest setting and attach a rope attachment to it. Grip the ends of the rope with each hand and raise your arms directly overhead as your stand facing away from the pulley machine. Keep the elbows fixed by your head. Bend the elbows to lower the weight slowly behind your head and extend it upwards to raise it.
