Hamstring Reach Stretch

HAMSTRING REACH STRETCH

This is a dynamic stretch exercise for the muscles on the back of your thigh. Start by elevating one foot on a stair step, chair or bench. Reach forwards with the opposite hand to touch your foot until you feel a light stretch in the hamstrings. Hold for 1-2 seconds then return back to neutral position. Repeat as required.
