Cossack Squat

COSSACK SQUAT
This is a hip mobility exercise used to target the medial hamstrings and hip adductors. While standing, spread your feet apart so that they are wider than shoulder distance apart. Proceed to squat down to one side by bending on knee and keeping the other one straight. Rotate the foot upwards while you squat down to one side. This will cause a stretching sensation in the inner aspect of your straight leg.
