HIP DROPS

This is a hip stretch exercise that works on stretching out your hip abductors. Alternate side to side as a warm up to loosen up your hips, or this can be used as a cool down to promote recovery.

Muscles Involved:

  • Gluteus Maximus

  • Gluteus Medius

  • Lateral Line
