Cactus Rotations

CACTUS ROTATIONS

This is a shoulder external rotation strengthening exercise. Wrap a band around your feet and hold both hands, raise your elbows to shoulder height and rotate your hands backwards.

  • Infraspinatus

  • Teres Minor
