Incline Bench Ankle Dorsiflexion

INCLINE BENCH ANKLE DORSIFLEXION

This is an ankle mobility exercise that uses an incline bench to assist in getting into deeper ankle dorsiflexion. Alternatively, you can prop your forefoot up using the handle of a dumbbell or kettlebell.

  • Calves (Gastrocnemius, Soleus)
