OVERHEAD SHRUG

This is an upper trapezius rehab exercise. Raise your hands overhead with your elbows straight. Shrug your shoulders as high as you can as you reach to the ceiling with your hands. Hold the contraction for 5 seconds and slowly lower your shoulder without dropping your arms and repeat.
