Swiss Ball SCM Stretch

SWISS BALL SCM STRETCH | STERNOCLEIDOMASTOID STRETCH
This is a stretch that uses a swiss ball / stability ball but may also be completed at the edge of a bed. Start by lying down face up with your upper back and neck supported by a swiss ball. Gently rotate your head fully to one side while allowing the neck to go into extension, flowing along the natural curvature of the ball. Hold this stretch for up to 30 seconds and alternate sides if required.
