Chin Tucks
CHIN TUCKS
The chin tucks exercise is used to activate the deep neck flexor muscles of the cervical spine. Start by lying on your back on a padded surface. Proceed to tuck the chin into the ground as if to create a ‘double chin’. Do so without raising the forehead towards the ceiling. Hold this contraction for up to 5 seconds before resting and repeating.
