Iso Dip Neck Rotation
DIP HOLD NECK ROTATION
This is a cervico-scapular dissociation exercise that uses principles of reciprocal inhibition. Start by lifting your bum off of an exercise bench with your arms while keeping your feet firmly planted on the floor. Depress both of your shoulder blades to raise the body further and maintain this scapular depression during this exercise.
