Prone Hip Double Extension

PRONE HIP DOUBLE EXTENSION

This is a gluteus maximus strengthening exercise that targets the muscle in an open kinetic chain exercise. Lay flat on your stomach on a bench and hold on tight as you raise your legs off the floor while squeezing the buttock muscles
