RNT Abduction Split Squat (Trail Leg)

RNT ABDUCTION SPLIT SQUAT (TRAIL LEG)
This is a reactive neuromuscular training exercise for the hip abductors of the trail leg in a split squat. Start by looping a pullup assist band around one knee and anchoring it to a stable object at knee height on the opposite side of the body. From here complete a regular split squat while keeping your feet and hips squared forwards.
