Seated Box Jump

SEATED BOX JUMP

This is a plyometric exercise that focuses on increasing vertical jump height. Start from a seated position and jump up unto a plyo box. Slowly step down and take a seat before starting your next repetition

  • Quadriceps

  • Gluteus Maximus
