Single Leg Floor Taps
SINGLE LEG FLOOR TAPS
This is a dynamic warm up exercise specific but not limited to runners. Hold one leg by grabbing it just above the ankle with the knee flexed and keep the other knee straight. Bend over to tap the floor with your free hand. Alternate sides and repeat.
