Single Leg Toe Touch
SINGLE LEG TOE TOUCH
This is a hamstrings dynamic stretch exercise that can be used prior to sports or running. Start by standing on one leg and raise the other leg off of the floor. Proceed to bend forwards to touch your toe with the opposite arm. Go until a light stretch is felt and stand back up to complete a repetition. Repeat as required.
