STANDING RHOMBOIDS STRETCH
The standing rhomboid stretch is an exercise that stretches both rhomboid muscles. Hold a doorway or other stable object like a squat rack with both hands. Lean backwards while allowing the shoulders to protract forwards and flexing the upper back.
