Superman Extension
SUPERMAN EXTENSION
This is a strengthening exercise for the back extensors. Start by lying down on your stomach with your arms out in front of you. Lift up your arms and legs off the ground while also extending the spine. Hold for up to 10 seconds and slowly lower your body to rest.
