Swiss Ball Wall Circle

SWISS BALL WALL CIRCLES

This is a shoulder stability exercise that aims to build tolerance to shoulder abduction movements. Start by placing a Swiss ball against the wall and hold it in place with your arm raised to 90 degrees abduction. From here compress the ball into the wall and move it in a circular pattern.
