T Stretch

T STRETCH

This is a low back rotation mobility exercise. Start by lying down on your back with your arms out to the side and knees straight. Proceed to raise one leg so that the ankle crosses the body and reach towards the opposite hand. Return to starting position and alternate sides.

  • Gluteus Maximus

  • Latissimus Dorsi

  • Quadratus Lumborum

  • Erector Spinae

  • Multifidus

  • Iliotibial band (ITB)
