TRIPOD PULLDOWNS

This exercise is an at home alternative to the conventional LAT PULLDOWN exercise. Tie a band to your doorknob or other stable object and kneel down on a yoga mat with single hand support. Use the other hand to pull the band leading with your elbow. Focus on pulling your elbow down towards the side of your body instead of pulling through the hand for more effective back engagement.
