Wall Ball Shoulder Squares

WALL BALL SHOULDER SQUARES

This is a shoulder stability exercise that aims to build tolerance to overhead movements. Start by placing a Swiss ball against the wall and hold it in place with your arm. From a kneeling tripod position, compress the ball into the wall and move it in a square pattern.
