Band Assisted Straight Leg Raise

BAND ASSISTED STRAIGHT LEG RAISE
This is an assisted stretching exercise that uses a band to pull the leg into deeper hip flexion. Start by looping one end of a strength band / pullup assist band around your foot while lying down on your back. Use the band to pull your leg off of the floor while keeping the knee straight. Hold the end range position for up to 7 seconds before repeating.
