Banded Shoulder Internal Rotation

BANDED SHOULDER INTERNAL ROTATION

This is a shoulder internal rotation exercise that is completed in shoulder flexion. Start by anchoring a band beside you at roughly eye level and holding the other end with the arm closes to the anchor point. Raise the elbow to 90 degrees flexion and proceed to pull the band into internal rotation. Hold the end range for up to 2 seconds and reverse the motion to complete a repetition.
