Doorway Shoulder Internal Rotation Stretch

DOORWAY SHOULDER INTERNAL ROTATION STRETCH
The doorway shoulder internal rotation stretch is used to target the external rotators of the shoulder. Start by bending forwards at the hips in a doorway. Place your elbow against the doorframe and rotate the shoulder internally (downwards) and hold onto the doorframe. Begin the stretch by straightening out the body to while maintaining your grip on the doorway. Maintain this stretch for up to 30 seconds in a pain free range of motion.
