BANDED SUPINATION
This is a strengthening exercise for the supinator of the wrist. Place a band in your palm starting from the thumb side and move it towards the pinky side and loop it once around the back of your hand. Grip the band with your thumb. Hold the other end of the band with the non-target hand. Begin with your palm facing downwards and rotate the band until the palm faces upwards. Reverse the rotation to complete a repetition.
